Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility and time period are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
2. Due to hygiene and consumable nature, cleaning liquids, detergents, incense, and dhoop are non-returnable once opened.
3. Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged, leaking, or defective product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items in a combo or cleaning set

1. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
2. Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

1. Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Cleaning tools such as brushes, scrubbers, and sponges must be unused and not exposed to water or chemicals.
• Incense and dhoop must be in sealed condition for any claim.
• Complaints regarding damage or leakage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
• Minor fragrance variation or packaging changes are not considered defects.
• Return requests raised after the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
